Azra Lift is a series of yoga classes to help you become more aware of your body. It focuses on the body, breath, and mind to help you take a step forward, and a step back to become more conscious of your body, your breath, and your mind. The classes are designed to be a bit more difficult than the typical yoga class, and are fun and challenging to perform.
In the first class, I got up to my knees with my eyes closed, then started to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. Then I did a series of twists and turns that started from the ground and went up my forehead, then down my neck, and finally through my upper chest. It went through my whole body and made me feel like I was being pulled in a really nice wind. I felt like I was having a really good workout.

It’s a fairly new class that was developed by a fitness trainer from the UK who wants to teach people how to lift weights for a minute. The trainer is known to have developed this class for athletes and strength-training enthusiasts. He says the idea behind the class is to get your cardio going. “You lift, you walk, and you walk some more.
I got a lot of positive feedback from my first class, which is why I made sure to sign up for the following two.
This class is for people who want to get strong, but they don’t want to do an hour of cardio and they don’t want to do weight training. It’s for people who want to lift weights, but they don’t want to do cardio and they don’t want to do anything else.
The idea behind this class is to do a set number of reps, followed by short circuit. If you go from doing a set number of reps to doing a short circuit you will have used less than 2x the weight that your body is designed to lift. This is basically like a circuit weight class, however, it uses less time and you will not get tired.
In azra the people who want to work out and lift weights must first get a weight that they are comfortable lifting. They do cardio first and then lift weights. The weight that they choose for this is determined by how much they are lifting and how they want to feel. It is important to note that this class is not for those who are looking to lose weight, it is a weight class that can be done by anyone.
