This is a new post on my blog that I thought I would share with you all. I am a freshman in college and this is my first blogpost. I haven’t written much on my blog since I got published in my high school newspaper for the first time. I like writing and I’ve been writing since I was little. I hope you enjoy my blog too.

Well I hope everyone had a great weekend and that everyone did their laundry, ironed their socks, and even brushed their teeth. I know I did. My house is empty of all my stuff this morning because I’m at work, but I have time to play some games and watch some tv. I had a great time last night. All in all I had a great time while I was at the casino.
I had a great time too… I don’t have any news for you though, because I got my last paycheck, but I will tell you that I got my last pay cheque. So I got paid in time, which is very good news.
If you haven’t already gotten your last paycheck, now is the time to do it. It’s actually a pretty big deal. It turns out that the unemployment tax is going to go up, and it’s going to be at least two weeks before you can actually get your check. Luckily, as you can probably tell from my previous post, I don’t really care because I have a lot of free time and I don’t have to work for a paycheck.
You can also get a better check if you use the pay as you go tax. The idea is that you can get a lower tax rate if you pay your money on time. But the trouble is that people who are making the minimum amount are paying the full rate. That means that if you keep your job, you are going to end up paying more in taxes than you would if you had the chance to pay it in as you go.
I don’t know if you can read the title but I’m going to give you the rest of the story, because that’s really the reason to be in the job. It’s not that I’m anti-paycheck.
