I recently became aware of the fact that I have a number of ways that I try to keep my body healthy. Some of them are more practical than others, but they are all ways I try to keep things in check so that I’m not overdoing anything. The first two were simple, and in fact, are still my best options. The third option is my newest and most challenging one.
